Hans G. Lingens served as the editor of European Education from 1997 to 2004. Dr. Lingens has been active in the field of comparative and international education for over 30 years. He has lectured and written extensively on German education as well as finance in European higher education systems throughout his career.  He is editor of Torsten Husén: Conversations in Comparative Education (2000).
